Are you a Canadian company?
Yes! We are based in Saskatchewan, Canada. All of our leather & fur items are handmade.

Can I order more than one Fur Pom for my toque?
Yes! Each Fur Pom is unique and variations are to be expected. The snap-on-pom system of our toques makes it easy to switch out poms depending on your fashion mood or style of the day. More Poms = more options! Pom poms  DO NOT come with the female side of the snap as we use them on our toques. We use a 30mm metal popper snap that can be purchased on Amazon or Ebay for your own toques.

How do I clean my toque, pom and mitts?
DO NOT put any of our FUR products in the washing machine or dryer. Spot cleaning with a damp soft cloth or dry cleaning for our toques is recommended. To fluff up flat fur, spritz lightly with water and brush (boar bristle brush works best). Leather protector may be used on the leather portion of the mitts.

How do I know what size mitt to order?
Size small (8) fits youth to a small woman's hand; medium (9) fits an average woman's hand; large (10) fits a large woman's hand or a small man's hand; extra large (12) fits a large man's hand.

What is the shipping policy?

If you choose untracked shipping we do not assume responsibility of lost items. If you choose to ship to a street address instead of a P.O. box and your parcel is damaged or stolen from your property after delivery, we do not assume responsibility. Items will not be shipped separately in an order, everything will ship once it's ready, made or available. If you want an item in your order shipped before the whole order is made, please make two separate orders.

What is the return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to contact us for a return request and 14 days to return in the mail. All items must be in brand new unworn condition and have original tags still attached. Please note that we cannot guarantee exactly how the fur poms of fur cuffs will appear on your individual items as they are organic and natural variations occur in pattern and slight variances in colour from the same fur type. The buyer is responsible to ship all return items after receiving our return approval. If the item is returned back to Wild Prairie Designs in the condition it was originally sent out in, a gift card for the original product amount plus tax, (NOT including shipping) will be issued to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any parcels returned COD will be deducted off your return amount.
