Refund policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a RETURN REQUEST. All items must be in brand new, unworn condition. Send an email to hello@wildprairiedesigns.ca with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line and a brief description of your return.

The buyer is responsible to ship all returns within 14 days of RETURN APPROVAL. Mail your APPROVED RETURN to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any disputes. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is returned back to Wild Prairie Designs in the condition it was originally sent out in, a gift card for the original product amount plus tax, (NOT including shipping) will be issued to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns sent COD will be deducted off your return.

For returns not sent within the designated return time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

**Please note that we cannot guarantee exactly how the fur poms or fur cuffs will appear on your individual items as they are organic and natural variations occur in pattern and slight variances in colour from the same fur type. **
